We welcome children into school following their 3rd birthday as an Early Riser if we have spaces in our Nursery, providing they have applied for a September place.

All Nursery children are entitled to a 15 hours Government funded place, this can be across 5 mornings each week or 2.5 days within the week, please speak to our Nursery Teacher and Foundation Stage lead to discuss what flexible arrangements are available to enable us to meet your child's needs.

Our Foundation Stage 1 children - also known as Nursery - have their own provision within what was the Croft Children Centre building, please see our meet the teacher guide below:

Mrs Bateman, Mrs Humphries, Mrs Willis and Mrs Cook will be looking after you during the week and they are all looking forward to having lots of fun learning together.

Our Topics this term are 'My Favourite Colours' (all about ourselves, our interests, our families and the wonder of colour in the world around us), and also 'Special Times & Nursery Rhymes' where we will be developing our knowledge & understanding of nursery rhymes & songs. We will also be learning about a range of different events & celebrations such as birthdays, Halloween, Diwali, Remembrance & of course Christmas!

We have a lovely outdoor play area and often go across to our very own 'Forest School', which is led by Mrs Mason who is a qualified Forest School practitioner.
